Job summary

Good-Day-Farm is seeking a Lead to join our Missouri team. The Lead plays a pivotal role on the management team, driving performance, fostering an inclusive store culture, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.

This position requires hands-on leadership, a strong work ethic, operational knowledge, and a passion for cannabis education and outstanding customer service. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Cannabis product knowledge and industry trends.
• Understanding of local/state cannabis regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with POS systems such as Dutchie and METRC.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff; lead daily huddles and zone charts.
• Model leadership; show up in uniform and on time.
• Coach staff and set performance standards.
• Assist in day-to-day leadership functions and store maintenance.
• Support morale, inclusion, promotions, and team events.
• Uphold core values and company mission.
• Lead revenue goals and communicate updates to the team.
• Develop daily huddle notes for staff.
• Build relationships with customers and promote loyalty.
• Oversee inventory processes, reconciliation, and vault organization.
• Assist in cash handling, nightly deposits, and closing procedures.
• Drive customer engagement and product knowledge development.
• Ensure compliance with inventory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate in-store visuals and merchandising.
