Job summary

TerrAscend operates a Parkville, MD dispensary and seeks a full-time Floor Supervisor to lead patient service from 9am to 9pm, seven days a week. You will guide staff, assist patients with product selection and dosing, and ensure compliant operations while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace.

The role requires readiness for night shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to train new employees on POS systems and ecommerce platforms. Cannabis experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients.
• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, product selection, potency, dosing, and methods of consumption.
• Serve as Leader on Duty (LOD) and open/close responsibilities as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness and EQ within a diverse team.
