Job summary

TerrAscend Corp. in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients. You will assist with cannabis recommendations, discuss products, dosing, and administration, and act as a Leader on Duty (LOD).

Expect to open the store, train staff on the POS and Ecommerce platforms, and help patients with questions. The role requires strong situational awareness and EQ to work within a diverse team; on-site hours are

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by state health/regulatory bodies.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients.
• Serve as Leader on Duty (LOD) and manage staff alongside store operations.
• Open the store and prep staff for early shifts.
• Train a new employee on the POS system and Ecommerce platform.
• Assist patients with product usage questions and dosing guidance.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and contribute to a diverse team.
