Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience (1–3 years).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, with advanced knowledge in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the on-duty point of contact for budtenders and customers.
• Oversees POS operations and ensures accuracy in all transactions, returns, discounts, and exchanges.
• Maintains accurate cash-handling procedures, verifies till counts, and reports variances to store management.
• Distributes and documents tip-pool allocations in accordance with company policy.
• Ensures opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and the store is secure at start and end of each shift.
• Maintains accurate product labeling, uniform merchandising displays, and a clean, compliant sales floor.
• Trains and mentors new employees, reinforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitors employee performance during shifts, ensuring engagement and compliance.
• Handles escalated customer issues professionally within company guidelines.
• Keeps knowledge of current promotions, product information, and store goals.
