Job summary

TerrAscend’s The Apothecarium dispensary in Parkville, MD is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to deliver compassionate customer service to patients and caregivers, guiding product selection, dosing, and usage within compliance guidelines.

The role includes leading on duty, training staff on POS and ecommerce, and assisting patients with questions about products. Availability nights, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or retail experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cannabis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Lead as Leader on Duty (LOD) and support store operations.
• Open the store and prep staff for opening shifts; train new employees on POS and Ecommerce platforms.
• Assist patients with questions around product usage and dosing.
