Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Portage, MI is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will greet guests, register new customers, check age, process orders, and promote the JARS Loyalty Program.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking are essential for success. Successful candidates will complete mandatory training through JARS University, with both virtual and in-person sessions at our mock-store training

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• 1 year of front desk/receptionist experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify customers' legal age and register new customers in the POS system.
• Check customer purchasing allotments and assist with curbside/online orders as needed.
• Answer calls with professional phone etiquette and provide product information.
