Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Port Huron, MI is seeking a motivated Retail Representative to deliver outstanding customer service in our fast-paced dispensary. You will work closely with store leadership and report to the General Manager, handling product knowledge, promotions, and daily transactions.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of retail customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of cannabis products. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail/sales environment.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information.
• Upsell products and promotions using suggestive selling techniques.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system and manage cash drawer.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory when needed.
