Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Chesterfield, Michigan, is looking for a Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer care and expert knowledge of our cannabis products, deals, and promotions. You will work closely with store leadership and report to the General Manager, completing training through JARS University.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment.
• Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.
• Cannabis industry and/or health industry experience highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of each customer, provide product knowledge, and complete transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize suggestive selling strategies and upsell customers on products and promotions.
• Accept coaching from upper management and apply feedback.
• Assist with inventory tasks when needed.
• Follow store hours and the attendance policy.
