Job summary

The role requires standing, occasional lifting, and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training through JARS University will equip you with our policies and culture, ensuring a high standard of service across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail, sales or hospitality.
• 21+ years old and able to pass background checks.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge.
• Upsell products and promotions using suggestive selling.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system and manage cash drawer.
• Assist with inventory tasks and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Follow all safety, CRA rules, and company policies.
