Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers by making their experience the top priority.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals as defined by store leadership upon hire.
• Greet customers upon entry and verify IDs.
• Assist customers with questions on forms and update information in system.
• Maintain waiting room and stock sales floor during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and selection.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on cannabis trends.
• Operate POS system and follow cash handling policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support compliance with dispensary policies.
