Job summary

C3 Industries is seeking a Budtender/Sales Associate to deliver world-class customer service and drive sales at our High Profile Cannabis Shop locations. You will guide customers through product selection, upsell effectively, and maintain compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, answering questions about cannabis properties, processing online orders, maintaining stock, and using the POS system.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs.
• Effective multi-tasker with ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations is preferred.
• Pass a background check; 21+ years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals.
• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Assist customers with questions on state-required forms and update information in system.
• Maintain waiting room and stock the sales floor.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and proper product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints professionally; escalate when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date product, brand, and strain knowledge.
• Accurately use and maintain POS system.
• Comply with cash handling policies and daily cash reporting.
• Assist with product intake, inventories, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support compliance with policies and local regulations.
