Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a dynamic retail environment to develop and lead a store team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will operate as Manager on Duty, coach staff, manage schedules, and uphold Curaleaf standards while maintaining compliance in a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to measure success via financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating a team to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management and represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.
• Communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Model selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to build loyal customer relationships and hit financial targets.
• Supervise store operations including opening/closing, shifts, task delegation, and scheduling.
