EMBARC in California is seeking a General Manager for our upcoming Sutter Creek location. You will oversee store operations, lead a team, ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations, and drive customer experience and sales.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with local owners and advisory boards, while maintaining profitability and brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering a strong customer experience and sales results.
• Experience with Metrc Track and Trace and TreezPOS.
• Minimum four years of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
• Experience with inventory and compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Lead and develop store team; mentor staff and uphold a culture of learning.
• Manage inventory, pricing, counts, transfers, and recalls while ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
• Drive sales, customer experience, and community engagement.
