Embarc Sutter Creek is seeking a Sales and Operations Lead for our new cannabis dispensary opening in late 2026. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading the front-of-house team, and supporting store operations and inventory processes in a compliant environment.

You will engage customers, train staff, manage cash handling, and help execute marketing initiatives while ensuring adherence to company policies and state regulations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with staff and vendors.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and driving sales.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Responsabilités
