Embarc is seeking a results-driven General Manager for our Riverside, CA location (Arlington Avenue). You will own store operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier customer experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Lead with integrity, manage schedules and budgets, and build a high-performing team that embodies our values and drives sales. This full-time role expects flexible hours in a 365-day retail environment.

Formación

• Proven leadership and people management skills in retail.
• Strong understanding of inventory controls and compliance.
• Excellent organizational abilities and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to train and motivate a team and manage performance.
• Proficiency with retail systems, compliance software, and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Review P&L and budgets to drive profitability and cost control.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
• Drive customer experience and sales through coaching and vision.
• Maintain accurate METRC and POS records and cycle counts.
