Embarc is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a new Sutter Creek location. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and a deep focus on customer experience, compliance, and store profitability.

You will own store operations, mentor staff, and drive sales while ensuring regulatory adherence across state and local requirements. This full-time exempt role demands the ability to navigate a fast-paced retail cannabis environment, manage a diverse team, and execute company

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving exceptional customer experience and sales.
• Experience with Metrc Track and Trace system.
• Experience with Treez POS system.
• At least four years of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
• Experience with computerized inventory and compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, lead the team, and manage customer experience.
• Mentor, train, and coach staff; uphold policies and compliance.
• Review P&L and budgets to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Develop staffing plans, recruit proactively, and manage labor targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, METRC/POS data integrity, and audits.
• Lead front-of-house to exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate brand education, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain regulatory compliance at state and local levels.
