Job summary

Sunnyside at Cresco Labs is seeking a Store Supervisor to support daily dispensary operations in line with state law and company standards. You will direct staff workflow and handle opening/closing procedures, while addressing escalated customer issues and ensuring a compliant, service-oriented environment.

You will lead onboarding for Wellness Advisors, maintain training, and coach for sales goals, teamwork and product knowledge in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures including inventory reconciliation.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors.
• Respond to employee questions or concerns and communicate team resource needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and document performance concerns.
• Direct team workflow with rosters and daily responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/local laws.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and complex product questions.
• Investigate cash, POS or product discrepancies and report accordingly.
• Troubleshoot POS issues and reconcile cash deposits.
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets and promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walk or stand for extended periods.
