Job summary

Cresco Labs Sunnyside Assistant Store Manager location: Florida. This role supports daily dispensary operations, staff oversight, and adherence to state laws and company standards.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, and coaching of hourly staff, manage scheduling and reporting, and drive customer loyalty through strong service and compliance. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in retail management or with teams of 5+ employees; cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and conflict management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and teach product information in a consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and inspire employees to achieve goals with regular feedback.
• Assist HR and leadership with employee relations and staffing.
• Create weekly labor schedules compliant with policies and laws.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
• Lead store opening/closing procedures and inventory reconciliation.
• Communicate regulatory changes to staff and support compliance.
• Maintain records of sales, cash, and customer data.
