Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside* seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive profitable performance in a cannabis dispensary. You will oversee customer service, merchandising, inventory, and compliance across all store activities, while delivering memorable experiences and achieving KPIs.

The role requires 5–7 years of retail leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable experience.
• 5-7 years of retail management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ with layers of leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office; Highly proficient in MS Excel; data management experience.

Aufgaben

• Build and sustain a high-performing team through employee selection, onboarding, coaching and clear accountability for results.
• Conduct at least monthly 1:1 quality conversations with each assistant manager and quarterly 1:1s with each store employee.
• Forecast, schedule, and optimize labor to meet store sales trends and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/local laws; serve as liaison with regulators.
• Oversee inventory activities and maintain accurate records of store operations and cash reconciliations.
