Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and apply product information in a professional manner.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures and inventory tasks.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of staff and provide coaching.
• Respond to employee questions and communicate resource needs to management.
• Provide real-time coaching and document employee relations issues.
• Direct team workflow and daily responsibilities while ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and complex product questions.
• Investigate cash, POS or product discrepancies and reconcile accounts.
• Troubleshoot POS system issues and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain marketing asset inventory and ensure a safe store environment.
