Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

Aufgaben

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures, including inventory reconciliation.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors.
• Respond to employee questions and communicate resource requirements to management.
• Provide real-time coaching and document employee relations issues.
• Direct the workflow by creating rosters and delegating daily responsibilities.
• Ensure team compliance with all company policies and laws.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and resolve complex product questions.
