Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product use.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and deliver friendly service.
• Assist in regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Handle product retrieval from vault and support Cannabis Advisors for sale.
• Ensure cannabis education and care for customers while staying compliant.
• Open and close store as directed by AGM or GM.
• Navigate customers through cannabis products and explain usage as wellness products.
• Verify product tagging and paperwork per state/local regulations.
• Support inventory reconciliation in state tracking and POS systems.
• Confirm online orders are accurate before pick-up.
• Provide product/ POS system support to Cannabis Advisors.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Maintain clean, organized, sanitized workstation and storefront.
• Execute transactions at POS and manage cash as directed.
• Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations.
