Qualifications

• 1-2 years cannabis industry experience.
• Leadership background for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred; must be 21+ and Illinois Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the shift team to maintain smooth store operations.
• Coach and provide sales feedback to improve location metrics.
• Oversee daily inventory, floor operations, cash handling, and POS usage.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois state regulations during inspections.
