Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking an Agent in Charge for the Norristown area. In this role you will greet customers, manage daily retail operations, assist with inventory, and support Cannabis Advisors while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You'll work in a fast-paced retail setting, balancing customer service with accuracy in cash handling and POS processes. Experience in retail or hospitality and a proactive attitude toward cannabis education are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willing to learn cannabinoids, terpenes and product application methods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Assist in regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Handle product retrieval from vault and support Cannabis Advisors.
• Educate customers on cannabis products while complying with regulations.
• Open/close store as directed by management and ensure accurate POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure accurate online order pickup.
