Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail or hospitality
• Cannabis industry knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Upsell products and promotions using suggestive selling
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system
• Assist with inventory tasks and daily store operations
• Open/close duties and maintain clean sales floor
• Escalate issues to management when needed
• Follow policies and attend required training
