Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Lansing, MI seeks a Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer care and deep product knowledge on cannabis offerings. You will engage with customers, learn our policies, and support promotions.

Training is provided through JARS University, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced retail environment. Roles include full-time and part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail/sales/hospitality.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be 21 years or older; ability to operate a computer and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge to complete transactions.
• Upsell products and promotions using suggestive selling.
• Assist with inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Follow attendance policy and work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
