Job summary

JARS Cannabis seeks a motivated Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer care in our Michigan dispensary. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and ensure accurate transactions while promoting loyalty programs and promotions.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility to work varied hours, and a commitment to compliance and high service standards. Training through JARS University supports growth and expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail, sales, or hospitality
• Acquired knowledge of cannabis products and promotions a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic math skills for transactions

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge accurately
• Upsell products and promotions to customers
• Record transactions in the POS system with accuracy
• Assist with inventory tasks and store cleanliness
• Open/close duties and follow attendance policy
• Follow CRA rules and company policies
• Maintain a positive attitude and respectful demeanor
• Be ready to cross-train and cover shifts as needed
