Story Cannabis is seeking a Retail Associate to greet customers, guide product selections, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. You will bring our brand to life through genuine interactions, accurate data entry, and a passion for helping guests find the right cannabis products.

This role blends customer service with education and operational precision to support a seamless store experience. The position emphasizes cash handling, POS operation, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous customer services experience preferred.
• Must be over 21 years of age and legally able to work in the United States.
• Valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store with compassion and professionalism.
• Enter customer information into database systems to verify eligibility for purchase.
• Process all sales and duties per SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge.
• Handle cash and debit transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Maintain organized store and assist with inventory counts.
