Story Cannabis is seeking a Retail Associate to welcome customers, guide product selections, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience at our Tolleson, AZ location. You will bring our brand to life through genuine interactions and strong product knowledge.

The role blends customer service, education, and operational precision, requiring accuracy in data entry, cash handling, and teamwork to meet compliance and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of marijuana is a bonus.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States with valid ID or passport.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store with compassion and professionalism.
• Enter customer information into database systems to verify purchase eligibility.
• Complete all sales and duties per SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions.
• Handle cash and debit transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced drawer.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to meet sales and compliance goals.
• Maintain organization and time/resource management.
• Operate the POS system and cash drawer; assist with stock and store cleanliness.
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all store products.
• Support team on special projects and other duties as assigned.
