Job summary

Trulieve Retail is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff and support the General Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees daily operations, coaching, and ensuring compliance with policy standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and resolving patient issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment and devices.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to employees.
• Coach and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and manage store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners.
