Highway Horticulture, LLC is seeking a Retail Shift Lead in Michigan to drive revenue while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will lead staff, oversee inventory accuracy with Metrc and POS systems, and ensure regulatory compliance on every shift.

The role requires managing performance, analyzing metrics, and fostering a positive work environment in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting. Full-time schedule with versatility across holidays and evenings is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable management experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proven business and financial acumen.
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• 1+ year of inventory management.
• Full-time, flexible schedule including holidays/evenings/weekends.
• Pass background check and be eligible to work in Michigan under MMFLA.

• Execute store processes to increase patient visits, maximize store sales and optimize profitability.
• Train, monitor and analyze metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report metric trends and guest feedback to management.
• Determine product velocity from market analysis and report trends.
• Merchandise product displays to maximize revenue.
• Communicate inventory availability and discrepancies with management.
• Follow processes to ensure inventory and regulatory compliance.
• Train and coach direct reports; manage performance issues.
• Maintain Metrc and POS system inventory counts daily.
