Highway Horticulture in Michigan is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage guests, share product knowledge, and drive friendly service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will greet customers, explain membership benefits, manage online orders, fulfill curbside pickups, and ensure accurate labeling and inventory in the POS and METRC/BioTrack systems, while staying compliant with state regulations.

Competenze

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to discuss cannabis products and benefits.
• Compliance with state cannabis sale regulations is required.

• Familiarity with products; speak to guests about benefits.
• Greet guests in a friendly, hospitable way.
• Comply with all state regulatory requirements for the sale of cannabis.
• Operate our POS system for order fulfillment.
• Count inventory and ensure products are labeled and accounted for.
