Qualifications

• 3+ years’ customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify ID.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
• Assist customers with state forms and update POS information.
• Maintain waiting room and floor stock; delegate tasks as needed.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and selection according to desired effects.
• Process online orders quickly while ensuring compliance.
• Open/close the store and assist with inventory counts.
• Participate in management meetings and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with dispensary policies and scheduling.
