You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager to create a memorable customer experience. The position emphasizes non-supervisory store operations, daily routines, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Provide product information and guidance to help customers find suitable products.
• Address inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction; maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Collaborate with the team to implement improvements based on feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a hassle-free process.
• Support cash handling training and daily reconciliation; aid in cash procedures.
