You will assist the Store Director and Assistant Manager, uphold policies, and drive efficiency across cash handling, pricing, and inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory requirements in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience and assist as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance to help customers find suitable products.
• Address inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with the team to implement improvements from customer feedback.
