Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is hiring a Shift Lead at our Green Dragon location in Thornton, CO. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate cash handling, and efficient store operations.

You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager to uphold policies while enhancing the customer experience. You will contribute to a clean, organized store, assist with transactions, inventory, and promotions, and help the team deliver a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly, helpful experience and guidance on products.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process.
