Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth store operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient cash handling at our LivWell location in Broomfield, Colorado. This non-supervisory role supports the Store Director and Assistant Manager in enforcing policies while enhancing the customer experience.

The position emphasizes accuracy in transactions, inventory care, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
