Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and assign daily tasks to meet business demands.
• Train the retail team on tasks including customer intake, sales, inventory, and POS transactions.
• Provide coaching and escalate issues to store leadership promptly.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations; report issues as needed.
• Support inventory management and regular audits.
