Job summary

The Cannabist Company (f/k/a Columbia Care) in Aurora, CO is seeking a Lead Retail Associate (Shift Lead) to support store leadership and coach team members while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will oversee opening/closing, POS transactions, inventory tasks, and staff training, ensuring SOPs and compliance are followed and aligning with company values and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Experience with cash handling and Point-of-Sales systems required.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
