Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is hiring a Shift Lead for our LivWell Fort Collins location to help keep daily operations smooth and customers well served. You’ll assist the Store Director and Assistant Manager, ensure policy adherence, and help maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.

This non-supervisory role focuses on customer service, cash handling, inventory awareness, and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be at least 21, and bring strong communication skills and reliability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operation of the store and exceptional customer service.
• Support the Store Director and Assistant Manager with policies, procedures, and daily operations.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient store environment and collaborate with the team.
