Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years supervisory or team lead experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be over 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid state ID or US passport required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for questions from staff and customers.
• Oversee onboarding for new retail associates.
• Track daily and monthly inventory.
• Assist with restocking cannabis and non-cannabis products.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Support the Management team.
• Provide exceptional customer service per standards.
• Build rapport with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Explain cannabis effects clearly to customers and patients.
