Job summary

Embarc is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales and Operations Lead for our Tracy cannabis dispensary. This full-time, non-exempt role combines leadership of a front-of-house team with accountability for sales performance, customer experience, and store operations.

You will supervise daily operations, oversee cash handling, inventory in METRC and Treez POS, and drive compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of a front-line retail team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong focus on customer experience and sales performance.
Highly organized with attention to detail and prioritization.
Experience using retail systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the front-of-house team to create an exceptional experience for customers and employees while exceeding sales goals.
Engage with customers on the sales floor, answer questions, and recommend products.
Champion brand education and product knowledge training.
Drive selling behaviors to achieve sales metrics and employee performance goals.
Build customer retention through loyalty programs and marketing initiatives.
Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising.
Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Assist with inventory management, METRC and Treez POS usage, audits, and cycle counts.
