Job summary

AYR Wellness in Florida is seeking a Patient Advocate to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in a fast-paced dispensary environment. You will engage with medical patients and adult-use customers, explain product benefits, and help ensure accurate orders and compliant transactions.

You will work with the Management Team to support daily store operations, maintain friendly service, and uphold policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while promoting inclusion and a customer-first

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to explain product benefits clearly.
• Experience in a cannabis retail or hospitality setting preferred.
• Pass background checks and adhere to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and personalized experiences to customers by explaining cannabis product benefits.
• Resolve questions quickly and coordinate orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Assist management in ensuring procedures comply with regulatory standards and store policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe dispensary environment with a customer-first attitude.
• Assist in achieving daily sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
