Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations in a retail setting. The role includes supervising staff, overseeing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving service standards, and driving sales.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience, proven management ability, cash handling skills, and the capacity to train a large team. Evening and weekend availability is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience, and the ability to train a 40+ person team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and handle patient issues and escalations as needed.
• Manage labor budget in collaboration with the General Manager and ensure confidentiality.
