Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager in Florida to lead daily store operations, guiding a team of 40+ staff. You will drive service standards, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to train and evaluate a 40+ person team.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.
• Fluent conversational English to interact with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure that any changes are communicated to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet the needs of the business.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management.
