Job summary

Trulieve, a leading vertically integrated cannabis company, is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Florida. You will supervise a team of 40+ employees, manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, prior management and cash handling, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and develop staff; flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in English and operate general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise 40+ staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching and development to achieve service standards.
• Maintain strong customer service and handle escalations.
