Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff, train, and motivate team to meet goals.
• Communicate management decisions and share daily huddle notes.
• Build customer relationships and promote service culture.
• Support inventory processes, reconciliation, vault, and order fulfillment.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and store policies.
• Lead visual merchandising and customer experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership for promotions and events.
