Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Agent in-Charge to deliver exceptional customer service and educational consulting for cannabis products. You will assist with inventory-related duties and support staff under the AGM's direction.

This role emphasizes accurate inventory records and compliance, with responsibilities including POS transactions, cash handling, and ensuring orders are ready for pickup. A friendly, knowledgeable approach will help build repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software, i.e., Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Assist in regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Handle cannabis product from vault and assist Cannabis Advisors for sale.
• Open and close store as directed by AGM or GM.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their wellness use (not medical advice).
• Verify product paperwork and proper tagging per state/local regs.
• Support Inventory Manager with inventory reconciliation in state tracking and POS systems.
