Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a detail‑oriented Agent in-Charge to deliver exceptional customer service and educational consulting at our Dayton dispensary. You will help guide customers, answer questions, and support staff under direction of the AGM.

Additional duties include 30% inventory focus, maintaining accurate state‑compliant records, and ensuring smooth daily operations from opening to closing. Willingness to learn about cannabinoids and adherence to regulations is essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service and educational consulting.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Open/close store as directed by leadership and manage POS transactions.
