Story Cannabis Co is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee daily inventory operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate stock handling at our Ohio location. You will use Dutchie, Lucid ID, and Metrc to track levels, perform counts, and maintain compliance with regulations.

This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize processes across back- and front-of-house inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in cannabis.
• Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
• Over 21 years of age with valid government ID.
• Reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions.
• Background checks required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Leads and Associates; delegate tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels using management software.
• Oversee receiving, tagging, and system updates.
• Conduct daily counts and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper storage, organization, and compliance.
• Generate inventory reports and coordinate replenishment.
• Train staff on inventory procedures and policies.
• Oversee monthly overnight inventory audits and investigations.
